Hotel was a two-second walk to the Convention Center, which was great, and the staff was really nice, but other than that... The TV was broken; the toilet didn't flush/drain properly; the pool was minuscule; the Wi-Fi was erratic; the workout room was the size of a closet; breakfast was overpriced for basic items; the "dining room" was basically the lobby; the business center was an alcove . ... They would be better off ripping out the pool, restaurant, and workout room, dropping the price, and offering free coffee and simple breakfast items

Everything was as described, room was clean and comfy (a little outdated but overall still nice), amenities were nice, and staff were very friendly and helpful.
