“We stayed here for 5 nights for our honeymoon in August. We pre-booked the spa, a cooking class, wine tasting and a cocktail masterclass. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were great, all very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. The breakfast buffet was very well stocked with delicious fruits, cheeses, meat and pastries. The views of the lake from the top floor restaurant are stunning. We ate at LeBolle twice...

“This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The only complaint is the 5% service charge that shows up on the bill at the end of the trip. They charge 5% on the entire stay, room charge and all. I was tipping throughout my stay not knowing about this charge. You are allowed to decline the charge but similar to the U.S. you’re kinda shamed into accepting. Buyer beware!”
