I had an amazing time at this resort! The service was outstanding, and everyone was very attentive. A special thank you to Emmanuel Rosario Gálvez, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He showed us around the resort, made sure we had everything we needed, and provided exceptional service at all times. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation. The only suggestion I would make is to offer more traditional local food options. Other than that, everything was excellent!

very old rooms. moldy mattress. dirty and broken toilet. Need a huge remodel.

The hotel overall was just ok. The rooms were kind of dated but served their purpose. The AC wasnt freezing but seemed to be just enough to fall asleep. Housekeepers did a great job daily. Staff was very all good and friendly. The resort was esthetically appealing enough. Alcohol was plenty but was very very low quality and tasted horrible honestly, probably made me sick. The buffet was ok and better than I expected based on other reviews but nothing amazing. The themed parites were fun but regular pool party vibe was very blah. The beach was nice. I would recommend this for people in their younger 20s or on a budget but would do a higher end resort if I ever go back to Punta Cana.
