Amazing resort the views are spectacular the food has great quality. The ambience was great and the staff were beyond helpful and respectful. Dani at the pool bar, franklin at the Boa restaurant made our stay beyond amazing.

It was really great. We enjoyed the food, the pool and evening program. My wife really enjoyed all the workshops. We missed one as it spaces filled-up to quickly and they have organized a personal workshop just for our family. Everyone is really friendly. We are definitely coming back!

ALL staff are awesome. Very Limited to non beach and that is the only downside. I searched the sargassum tracker and came to Miches due to no sargassum, however, there’s no beach and that’s why there’s no sargassum. The area is in a set of bay so no waves (to bring sargassum). Hotel is new and very nice. Gym is spectacular.

Everything was amazing. We did struggle with the temperature of the room because hot or cold were the options. We adjusted the thermostat but couldn’t get it quite right. We never asked for help or anything because we were having such a great time looking at the beautiful view. and were worn out when it was time for bed. I’m only putting it so you know to request assistance sooner than later.

Would have been great if I didn’t have to wait for my rooms to be ready at check in. I purposely arrive after check in time so this doesn’t happen. I also felt like we didn’t get the ocean view we paid for and it was too late to call reception by the time we got both our rooms. Other than that place is great, needs a little more food variety for breakfast.

Zemi Miches is located about 1.5 hours from the airport, so plan your transportation accordingly, especially since the airport can get quite busy. The hotel itself is modern, new, and very clean. The food was good with a decent variety of options throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the fitness center, which is spotless and well-equipped with quality machines. The beach views are absolutely stunning and one of the property’s best features. However, the shoreline itself is quite muddy, which takes away from the swimming experience. There were a few areas that could be improved. The main pool remained noticeably dirty throughout our entire 7-day stay, and one of the four water slides was out of service the whole time. On the positive side, the resort never felt overcrowded, making it easy to find seating and enjoy the facilities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and pool cleanliness. I would rate Zemi Miches 3.5 out of 5 stars.

This was an excellent resort. The property had everything for everybody. The pools were beautiful with a great shallow kiddie pool with lots of attractions. Lots of restaurants with varied cuisine. Only drawback it was hard to get reservations. The staff were all very customer focused and helpful. We had a medical issue and there was a full time doctor. I would highly recommend it.

The food, staff, and customer service are horrible at this hotel. They require you to make reservations for all restaurants through an app that doesn’t work. You can only make 2 days of reservations and can only make them once you are on property. Concierge staff are the worst - rude and unhelpful! You can’t swim in the ocean (actually a bay) because of the murky water with tons of jelly fish. Spend less money and stay at a much better place like Secrets or Dreams (right down the street). The only thing amazing about this hotel is the fitness center and the upstairs adult Club Azur pool and restaurant.

It was truly a magnificent family vacation. Our family spent 5 wonderful days at the hotel, and every moment was special. The staff went above and beyond—they were all incredibly kind, gentle, and helpful, making us feel at home. Our room was upgraded to an ocean view. The room was spotless and spacious, and we enjoyed the delicious food every day at each specialty restaurant; the snacks and coffee options at El Batey were convenient and exceptional. The beach was pristine, and relaxing. The included water activities were amazing. The night time entertainment was amazing and diverse. Omar and “Scooby” kept every guest engaged and in good spirits. If we ever return, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so memorable!

This resort was a great stay! It was about 1hr and half from PUJ airport and well worth it. Property was clean and staff was excellent. Family friendly. I went with my toddler and she had an amazing time. Kiddie pool and kid zone with entertainment. They had designated time slots for age groups with different activities. I would def recommend this resort!

Beautiful hotel . Some of the staff amazing hard working and friendly people. The room was very nice , view was spectacular. However in the buffet the food was cold. I made the complaint , they responded right away , more than one person contacted me but the issue was not resolved. I know that the temperature of the hot plates has to be at a certain level but then probably the equipment they are using is not the appropriate one . I had stayed at many hotels including at DR and this was never an issue . Also at Toa the Dominican restaurant and Yuca another restaurant the service was poor . I want to mention some of the staff for their hospitality and service like Yokaira Cespedes , Valentina keeping her station so clean and making the best eggs and Luis the manager of some of the restaurants for trying very hard to please us . Overall it was a very nice hotel and a relaxing vacation .
