Vacations Close To Thunder Hole

Beautiful hotel with everything you might need including easy parking. Front desk staff was very welcoming and offered a map of local area. Clean and well maintained facility. Easy walk to downtown with restaurants and shopping options. Room was very nice with comfortable bed and amenities - very clean.

Loved the location, the staff and the restaurant was wonderful. I could have been more attentive to the room I was booking which was on the lower level - Family room - in the cottage. Great for a family stay but not quite the more romantic stay we had intended. Still a great place to go - short walk to Bowdoin.

Just loved this quaint little resort on the water in booth bay with a wonderful staff - esprcially Jersey - he couldn’t have been any nicer !!!

The inn is in an old historic building, with lots of original character. Fantastic to have parking. Great location, short walk to town. We stayed in the Victory room on the first floor. Very spacious, clean and nice bedding on comfy bed. Shower was nice and hot and good water pressure. Things to know: We had a window AC but no thermostat to control heat (fortunately we had ideal weather). We were next to a restaurant in the building so had to keep curtains closed as people were walking up porch past our window to enter restaurant (fine with us, we weren’t in room a lot, just something to be aware of. Rooms on second floor would be a better option if in room a lot)

I don't usually stay in motels BUT I was very impressed. Large rooms and a very comfortable bed. No elevator and we were put on the 2nd floor. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and hot.
