I stayed in the Precipice Room and it was absolutely lovely. Big delicious breakfast is brought to your room hot off the grill. You choose what you want the evening before, there are many options and the blueberry scones is something you must add. So good and packed with blueberries! The location was perfect, close to everything but tucked away on a quiet street. The staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderfully clean. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel very welcome. It is our 3rd stay at Mosleys and we are already planning for next year. One last thing, the inn is very accessible to the ocean, all the shops and great restaurants.

Coffee & tea always available in the Office Lobby even if you are staying in the Motel vs the B&B. Parking is in private lot (not on the street). Convenient location to Main Street & Downtown Bar Harbor (can walk most places so no need to find parking).

The property was in an excellent location in the downtown area which included onsite parking. It is walking distance to all locations in town but is also in a quiet neighborhood. I was surprised that the room didn't have a microwave but I'm certain accommodations could have been made upon request. Also, there was a microwave in the entrance area of the hotel which was available as needed. Nothing negative to say about this location. We will definitely consider staying at this location on our next visit to Bar Harbor!
