“Hotel does need some maintenance doing, our room had some damp in a patch in corner. flakey paint on wall in bathroom. At breakfast there was a bulb going in the main light which was flashing all the time we were having breakfast. Fire exit handle was broken in restaurant and fire extinguisher needs looking at. Food at breakfast was very nice 👍”

“Warm welcome from staff at reception. Room was clean and comfortable although a little dated. No air conditioning, had to leave windows open which then creates problems with outside noise. Bathroom spacious but also very dated. Shower in bath not ideal, no extractor fan. Hotel is brilliantly located for city centre, Barbican and train station and car park is located right underneath hotel which is so convenient and secure. Bar and staff very pleasant. “Had a pleasant one night stay with my partner, as our travels took longer than expected we were about to miss the check in time. When I called them, Sophia was brilliant, guiding me how to check in outside of the check in time and giving me her contact details for any problems arising. Once there everything was smooth and the rooms were charming!”

“It is a big apartment. Everything is there. Specially the kitchen with an oven. Perfect bed. Only the neighbourhood is a bit poor. But a small supermarket just round the corner. Breakfast included is basic.”
