“What a beautiful place to stay, old school service, fabulous gardens. Huge gorgeous room, lots of nooks and crannies to get lost in. Some feedback not a complaint - spa needs a jacuzzi esp outside to take in the views and changing rooms need to be regularly cleaned of excess water”

“It's okay if it's only for a night but not for more. It's located in a service area and there is a lack of services (for example bar, gym or proper breakfast). Despite all, staff is very nice and helpful. ”

“Hi. I nice place to stay. My room was lovely. Great location just off the main street and a ahort walk to the castle. Breakfast was nice. Parking at the race course 5 min walk away is great. ”

“The hotel is located in the main street of Banbury. It is a big hotel with good facilities for families. The service is good and the decoration is very classic. Close to everything in the town and also the internet is good.”

“I broke down last night and booked this hotel.... Very late arrival after midnight but staff were fantastic, quick check in... Into room and sleep. Explained circumstances in the morning about what's happened and as in on medication they offered me something to eat and drink so i could take my medication. Great staff and very friendly, property is very nice, room was huge, very comfortable bed and shower excellent. Great stay and keep up the good work. ”
