Perfect stay in Cheltenham

Lovely room just like the photos, filling breakfast and great service. Also very conveniently located near the main bus terminal. Would definitely return!

Room was beautifully styled, bed and bedding very comforting. Staff were lovely and the free biscuits at reception and in the room were a lovely bonus! One minor issue: sound carried quite loudly from the corridor to my room (though luckily the hotel was quiet so only happened briefly/ a couple of times)

Really pleasant stay but the lights outside the building were glaring into my room quite late and also the old windows meant the traffic was quite loud and had to sleep with ear plugs

Really nice overnight stay at The George (room only). Good sized room, great bathroom & shower & good amenities. Big perk is the free on-site parking (although understandably limited and first come first served). There’s less “frills” here compared to other hotels in Cheltenham, but they’ve nailed the basics on comfort and style for a decent price. Would definitely stay here again.

Bedding and the bedroom was great. Quirky bathroom but perfectly functional. No lift so lots of stairs to get to second floor bedroom. Jaded entry and main staircase but don’t let it out you off. Staff are fantastic

Lovely hotel in a great location and very reasonably priced. Staff are friendly and the refreshments and cookie in reception was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely stay again next time we're in town

We had a short one night stay in Cheltenham, we were given a beautiful large room facing the road in front of the building. We could park our car streight in front of the building. Staff was very friendly. Town centre, shopping, bars and restaurants just 5 min away.

A unique hotel, with stunning interiors and an excellent breakfast bar. It’s a very short walk to all the bars and restaurants, easy parking and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!
