Fine for a quick stay over on a journey. Wouldn’t want to stay longer than one night. Room smelt a bit funny and noises from other guests heard throughout the night so didn’t get the best sleep but broke our journey down south up.

This was accommodation on the side of a motorway, I was not expecting a 5 star hotel. The hotel was fit for purpose.

We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience. The location was perfect for our needs, and having plenty of parking on-site made things very easy. Our room was standard, comfortable, and clean. The highlight was definitely the breakfast—a really lovely full English! Would happily stay again.

Unexpectedly an excellent nights sleep for a young family. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it was clean, well maintained, had very welcoming staff & Yorkshire tea in the rooms. The curtains were heavy black out, the windows kept the noise out, the mattress felt new and supportive & a fan was provided for the heat. My child slept & wasn’t woken up by daylight, traffic noise, the stifling heat or worries about cleanliness. Plus they could have a bath. Win.

I stayed during the recent heatwave, there is no air conditioning only a small desk fan and no plugs next to the bed so very uncomfortable for sleeping. You can’t open the window anymore than 2-3 inches. No light bulb in the lamp above the mirror and the light by the door wasn’t working. There’s no one in the reception until after 9am and you can’t get hold of anyone before that. I telephoned them about 8am to ask for assistance with something and left a message for them to call me back and off course no one called me back. Extremely poor service. I will not ever stay in this establishment ever again and very doubtful about any Days Inn if this is the standard. Strensham North Services where the hotel is located is very good.

Pleasant and efficient receptionist. Clean, spacious room. Parking was easily sorted. Good night's sleep, peaceful and comfortable as fan in the room. Won't buy a breakfast beforehand again online as it would have been much cheaper if bought when arrived there with the room offer.

Much better than last time I stayed, Not the best of hotels, but the that is reflected in the price you pay. Mainenance is also quite poor with several light fittings in my room not working.

The reception staff were really great, the two gentlemen couldn't have been more helpful. This is what makes a long journey worth it, when you walk into a reception area and met with a smile and asked how can they help? Never stayed at this Days Inn before, but have already recommended it to friends and family.

Very pleasant one night stay, we arrived on a very warm sunny day. We got to our room and found the window open and an electric fan, so we had a cool and very comfortable night. Parking was free and very easy and reception was welcoming. Our only grip would be that you have to go next door, to the services to source your breakfast.

Good value, but it's true that you "get what you pay for". The room was extremely hot so we weren't able to get sleep, and the noises from the motorway were quite loud- Although that can't really be helped. The staff member we spoke to at check-in was very helpful. Beds were made and clean (although not very comfortable, but that could be a preference thing). One duvet was stained, but that was only noticeable when I stripped the bed at the end of the stay to help housekeeping. Overall, I think it's not a bad hotel for the price, but would advise to take your own fans in the summer.
