Stunning building but the maintenance of it lets it down. The hostess at breakfast was very friendly and helpful, but the service itself was chaotic. They should be serving barista made drinks with breakfast rather than having queues at an instant machine. Some people were ordering from menus, others weren’t. The staff seemed very stressed. The room was basic but ok value for money. The spa treatment was the highlight

Our second time here. Fabulous staff and food. A treat but not too snooty that you feel out of place. Free parking a bonus! Breakfast really good. Room good but bed uncomfortable. Would have preferred a separate shower to one over the bath. All in all though a great stay.

The rooms were amazing, as were the grounds. The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant. The food was very mediocre and overpriced for what was essentially uninteresting pub food. I wouldn’t eat there again. But the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is brilliant and beautiful. The only drawback is that for such a nice hotel the restaurant is mediocre at best. Not worth the price they charge and the offerings are just as common an a below average pub menu. Even the burgers were ‘meh’ according to my teens. My Caesar salad was even less tasteful. Restaurant aside, the grounds and facilities were fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa for 2 nights after Christmas as a family of 5. We have been here before but this time we stayed in the main manor part of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, dinner was delicious too! Service from everyone who works in the hotel were just brilliant! We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and we will no doubt be coming back again.

Nice clean room - got an upgrade due to a noisy team building day next to our original room, which was appreciated. Restaurant food quality was delicious! Sauna and steam room were a little lacklustre - they could have benefited from being more powerful.

The manor House was amazing. We wanted to just relax. The facilities available were in great condition the spa was relaxing the food was beautifully presented and delicious and the stuff were kind helpful and happy. We will definitely recommend it will be going back. Thank you.

The bar areas are particularly stunning! Breakfast if buffet style. When we arrived there seemed to be a lack of staff, no meet & greet & no staff to take coffee order (one server was having a nice ling chat with guest)! I was impressed with maintenance response to my call on checking in to find water in the lobby, seeping in under the emergency exit. The bed & amenities were comfortable.
