Michiana Shores Vacations

The room was beautiful and clean. I have no complaints regarding the room or staff. I did go to the rooftop bar and wish they had seats at the bar. Kind of defeated the purpose of going to a bar solo and the only available seats are at tables or near the edge of the balcony. Other than that service was a bit slow at the rooftop bar. However, the staff at check-in/check out were so helpful and attentive. I enjoyed the Halloween decorations. I will definitely be back in the future.

Great service

The property is in a great location. The rooms are ok nothing special. Needs better attention to cleanliness; I found hair in the bathroom. The restaurant is very poor; the menu is below average, and the buffet breakfast is worse than a free Holiday Inn breakfast, yet they still wanted to charge you $40 for it. If you arrive late, after 10 pm, you can not find food on the premises, not even room service. No restaurant on Sundays and Mondays. I would say the only good thing was location.
