Check in process was fast and easy even at a late hour. Room had everything we needed. It was very quiet through the night and we all slept well. Didn’t use the pool or other amenities but it looked nice.

Although a little run down. The room was clean staff was helpful. I think the biggest problem that made our stay difficult was the walk to room. Asked for handicap room and was put in back halls on second floor. Location was great and price was very reasonable. The saving on stay allowed extra $ to spend on the delicious food from local restaurants!

Staff did not attempt to replace or fix the non-functioning refrigerator in my room for two days despite multiple requests. Otherwise — good spot for families (I’m traveling alone however). Restaurant was quite good. Cappuccino around the clock was great. Room was fine.

Hotel is EXTREMELY old, and outdated. The lighting in the room was horrible.Rooms should be priced lower. Housekeeping came to our room,”but only emptied the trash?”. Unfortunately the other hotels in town are ridiculously pricey, more than double what we paid here. Rooms are very small. The only bright side to this property was the restaurant (UNO Pizza) had excellent food choices besides pizza,and the staff was amazing.

Very run down, unfortunately. There were notes posted that it was under construction, though no sign of any actual work. First room so smelly we asked to change. Second room didn’t smell as bad, but floors were so sticky we didn’t take shoes off. Very noisy being near the elevator, and no security lock. Bed was comfortable though.

The room and linens were clean and fresh. The cable was less than stellar, only 3 channels. The staff, the 2 gentlemen, were very nice and kind and accommodating. Breakfast was at 7 am, we saw and received nothing, not sure.

This is a really nice place to stay it has a great pool area that also has a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. There is free breakfast I only grabbed cereal and OJ but there is waffles and sausage too. The reason I give it 4/5 is that the water temperature was not consistent and showers were a bit too cold and the room smelt like strong cigarettes. Other than that there was nothing wrong with our stay.

The rooms were clean staff was decent. The Wi-Fi in the hotel does not work lroperly the housekeeping staff tend to forget to give or bring items back that are needed!! And a good bit of the staff feel it’s OK to smoke pot on the property in front of guests! It smells the whole floor of it!!!

Two bad things to say. One tub was dirty and two the tv was broken. Asked them for two days about the tv, never was fixed or replaced, the tub o didn’t say anything about I just cleaned it. Other than that. The place is super cool kids loved the pool the bar was fun. Staff was excellent super friendly, coffee all day, lemon water was always full and cold. Pool tables and 1.00 beers turned into a good night. Will definitely be back.

Took our kids for a night away and we all had a great time! The pool area is cool and there is an area right outside of the pool with tables so we had a nice area to eat dinner ( I prefer not to eat meals in the room when possible). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of near by places to eat and shop nearby. We slept in and breakfast was still hot and fresh. Definitely going to be back soon. Also we had an incident where my daughter’s friend blood sugar was very low and the staff helped right away by making sure she had juice and candy to get her back on track.
