Miami Romantic Hotels In 2021

Parking is awful. So expensive and you have to wait FOREVER to receive your car — minimum 25-35 minutes every time. Anytime we contacted the desk for any requests we would be on hold for a while. They need to hire more people. Overall good hotel with great pool and young vibe.

I Loved the friendliness and caring staff. The attentiveness of anything I needed was met. We loved the pool area and the beach. The Comfortable lounges were very helpful and comfortable same as the rooms. Very comfortable and clean. I cant wait to be able to come again soon

Beautiful location and all staff were so kind and friendly.

Marcel was awesome and helpful. A few others were wonderful, but didn't get their name. Only issues was our fan seemed loose and wobbly, the pool was out of towels, and even though we didn't watch tv as we were out and about, there was no remote to be found in our room... but again, not an issue ...

We had a short stay and wished the pool had been opened just a little longer.

From the moment I booked it was great! When I arrived the receptionist was friendly and allowed me to keep my luggage downstairs while I went out for breakfast. She allowed me to use the pool as well. I recieved texts asking if things were okay or if I needed something. Which i never needed anything ...

Concierge availability and text communication was different and convenient. The Baia Beach Club was a lot of fun and the staff was attentive and friendly.

Probably the worst staff of any hotel on South Beach. The new general manager lies to your face and front desk agent Natasha is nasty, rude and has no people skills whatsoever.

Well when I park my car the shuttle wasn’t there to pick me up when I left with my bags the shuttle was in there after I tip the guys 60 bucks it’s supposed to be a high class resort but I guess it’s not my fault that I over paid I wish they would’ve acknowledged that when I told him about it they ...

Loved the room and every staff member we came in contact with was pleasant, professional, and helpful from the front desk to the restaurant to the parking.
