Our stay at the 1 Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, calming and perfectly located in South Beach. The staff is incredible. They were kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was out of this world. We felt like we were emerged into a spa, creating this amazing, relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved how close the hotel was to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Everything was within walking distance, making our trip easy and enjoyable. The amenities were excellent, and the entire property was luxurious. We love, love, love the 1 hotel in Miami. The facilities are immaculate, the staff are accommodating and friendly, we’ve always had a gorgeous room when we’ve been there. We had a very small issue with our showerhead- my husband reached out to the concierge and it was fixed immediately while we were at dinner. I had a great, very relaxing prenatal massage and enjoyed meals at all of the restaurants on the premises. If you’re in Miami and want to be on the beach in the lap of luxury, go to 1 hotel!

We love the 1 hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful and the facilities are immaculate. Room was gorgeous and the food on property was phenomenal. We loved being on the beach and having access to lounge chairs and towels- also so nice to have waiter service on the beach and at the pools!
