“I frequently travel between Chicago and Pittsburgh and ALWAYS choose this hotel for my stay! The staff are incredibly kind, the rooms are absolutely clean, the beds/pillows are always crisp and comfortable. Their breakfast choices are delicious and there's fresh coffee all day... 😀 ...and if you have to travel with a dog, they welcome pets too. 😊”

“No AC. Not broken,just non-existent. Earwigs over bathroom door, plaster bits on bathroom floor, no toilet paper in room, no chairs at all, two throw pillows as sleeping pillows, nothing larger. Dilapidated building, car got scratched up while there, knocking and loud music until around 4AM. TV went on by itself at around 1AM, 2:37AM, and again around 3:30AM, at which point we unplugged it from the wall. “While we were waiting to get checked in, the employees were having a conversation and it took some time before they acknowledged us. Then a customer came to the front desk and requested to get their money back, because the room was dirty. When we finally got checked in and went to the room, it was dirty as well! The person at the front desk said they didn't have any clean rooms. Needless to say, we requested our money back too. There was also someone else in the lobby waiting to complain about...
