Although it is a family-friendly resort, there aren't any activities for the adults.
The staff are wonderful and are quick to learn and remember names, preferences, and are very genuine. The only issue we had (if you can count it) was that the cleaning staff regularly had to be called to bring up wash cloths. Our room was cleaned daily and towels refreshed along with the mini bar restocked with soda, water & chips.
We truly enjoyed our stay. It's been a long time since we had a hotel or resort with comfortable beds & pillows.

Overall we had a wonderful stay.
Few things that need improvement.
1. Check in; we understand that checkin starts at 3 pm, we arrived around 1 pm. We were told they would send an email when room is ready; that never happened. We went and asked front desk around 3 pm if the room was ready, and we were told not yet.
Around 4:30 pm we went again to ask front desk, and it seemed they forgot about us, The front desk staff gave us a room right away. They did give us an “Upgraded room” for free.
By the way, when we checked in at 1pm, they tried to sell us on up grading our room. Good thing we said no.
2. Two days straight housekeeping left our door slightly open, all someone had to do to is slightly push the door open. Please make sure to pull the handle close and not just let the door close and assume it’s locked. We did mention this to one of housekeeper that came knocking on our door to check how their service was.
3. The 24 hr service lounge which is the Sports bar, needs more staff.
Few times we were there the place was packed and people were waiting around for service.
Other than that, We still enjoyed our stay, staff were awesome. We will definitely visit again.

Every seconds was wonderful. The food is incredible. We will definitely stay here again and RIU is going to be our first search if we go somewhere new
