“It was amazing. My toddler, friend and I enjoyed the experience. Our building was so beautiful. My friend and I enjoyed the onsens so much. My toddler loved feeding the koi. The futons were pretty comfortable. We used the onsens so many times. My friend liked the outdoor one since it isn't as hot as inside but i didn't mind. I tried the public bath at night and there were spiders in the room. They were big. It was nice to use too but better if there weren't spiders but it makes sense why they...

“The staff was super friendly and helpful with answering any questions we had. Family of four and everyone had their own bed with robes to walk around the property. Breakfast was great! Will be coming to visit again. ”

“Service was excellent. Stayed two nights here and arrived around 6pm on the first day by bus — Heda is a small town so taxis stop very early, I called the hotel and they sent a shuttle to come down and pick us up! They also offer to shuttle you places if you are not able to reserve meals, so if you plan to dine in the hotel definitely try and do it far ahead”

“女将さんも感じ良く周辺情報を教えて頂き観光を楽しませていただきました。部屋からはオーシャンビューが楽しめて波の音が聞こえます。砂浜にも出られてプライベートビーチのようにゆったりと過ごせます。観光地のガチャガチャ感が無くとても良い時間を過ごせました。”
