We really enjoyed our stay. Shuzenji Onsen was fabulous and very relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the Onsen and my kids enjoyed wearing the yakuta and loungewear around the hotel. We borrowed some bikes for a few hours and they were in great condition.

Loved this property. It was modern, clean, and nice to go barefoot throughout on the tatami mats. We loved the yukatas, the private onsens, and the buffets had good variety and tasty options. Definitely a good value and our kids loved it as well. We will be back!

Stayed here for two nights on 30 Nov and 1 Dec. The hotel has def seen some years but everything was clean and tidy. Rooms were spacious and still had a standing shower, though you would likely not be using it much. Was lucky enough to be given a room at level 4 which is also where the 7 private baths were located at. Each private bath had a different theme (eg some were made of stone, some of wood etc), and it never felt too busy that you had to wait for long to use one. Breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. All in all, happy with the facilities and the stay. Would recommend.

It was an incredible experience. Traditional Japanese room, very clean with a view to the mountains. The staff were extremely kind and polite and the buffet food was great. The hotel is also located very close to the main attractions in Shuzenji so everything is walking distance. Also very close to amazing cafes and restaurants like honohono cafe. You can also take a bus and go to Mihama Beach to see Mt Fuji! Would come here again, 10/10.
