“It’s a lovely hotel. A little bit dated now, in places, but overall really nice in a nice setting and location. The staff were friendly although there were a few occasions things were asked for and not delivered on. I put this down to them being young and maybe not fully engaged with their roles. Could maybe do with some senior leadership to raise standards to where they could easily be. I would recommend and I would stay again. Just manage your expectations. Don’t expect the best. “Great hosts, lovely room and fab breakfast”

“Night manager was very rude. No air con in the room and it was so hot. Sheets were dirty. Seats torn. Room not modernised since 70s/80s. Breakfast supposed to finish at 10:00. They told us they had packed it all away at 9:00. Won’t return.”
