“Aunque tuve al llegar molestias dado a que llamé para avisar que llegaba tarde de mi check in, cuando llegue mi habitación estaba sin hacer así que me acomodaron en otra y desde ahí súper bien. En acomodación he bajado mi puntuación dado a que el clima estuvo fuerte(calor) y no había aire acondicionado y la habitación estaba ardiendo de calor. “No air con on my room as it was broken! And they didn’t have another room for me. The room was ok, but very dark as I needed to keep the curtains shut to keep out the sun and there was only one very old bedside table lamp. I stayed for 2 nights but my room wasn’t serviced. I seriously question the 4* rating here, although the pool area was lovely”
