Ranchos en Llanrhychwyn

“We arrived late, so didn't expect to be greeted. We had called and advised that we would be late, so Hazel gave us excellent instructions on how to get in after closing. She also took our breakfast order on the phone. The next morning, all was well, but we saw no one at checkout, which was odd. There is no reception, no entry desk, and there was no one around. We found out later that we had to pay upon arrival (thought Expedia payment had been made), so we had to pay over the phone. Again, not a...

“Personal muy atento y el lugar en donde está el hotel muy agradable.”

“It was exactly what we were looking for. Good links to the zip wire and water falls”

“La decoración del cuarto, la locación estuvo increible!”

“The spa facilities would be fantastic however my experience was cut short due to the workers doing maintenance on the outdoor hot tub during my pre paid time which meant there were about 16 of us at one point sat in a bath as there was nothing else to do, room was dirty and mould on ceiling, staff said couldn’t help as hotel was full, offered to run up with a cloth but this was poor, restaurant staff all inexperienced and lacking manners, failed to bring drinks order until 40 mins in and had to...

“Las amenidades de las fotografías no están incluidas, en ninguna parte explica que tiene un costo de £17.50 por persona, desde las 11 AM hasta las 5 PM”

“Excellent location, and the staff super friendly and helpful”

“Really appreciated their help. They held my bag after checkout so I could enjoy my Snowdon hike and collect it afterwards”

“Amazing view of mountains from room windows, convenient location to reach Snowdonia, Holyhead and many more places to discover North Wales”

“Fantastic property in a great location just a few minutes walk from the town. Sean was incredibly accommodating from the minute I arrived, providing me with books and information of snowdon routes ahead of my climb! Absolute 10/10 breakfast cooked by sean, again he was very accommodating providing me the option to have it earlier than the usual time so I could get up the mountain quicker. If I ever return I’ll be sure to stay here again, fantastic stay.”

“Had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Location is perfect. Close to everything. Parking nice and easy on premise. Great breakfast at Erskine Arms down the road. Would recommend.”

“Fantastic views of the river and the hotel is in a lovely location.”

“The views are excellent- Staff very welcoming and friendly. Rooms very comfortable but warning of some sloping ceilings! Amenities very good - good value for money. Breakfast very good. Good choice menu in the evening but disappointed that apple and blackberry pie not available for 4 nights of our stay! Dog friendly - which is great for dog owners but personally - I wasnt so happy re a couple with 2 big dogs being allowed into the dining room in the evening.”

“Beautiful location with the stream running in front. Located in a quaint village - it was lovely and quiet! Room was lovely and very spacious and breakfast was delicious. About a 45 minute drive to Llangollen which was a lovely place to visit. Sian and the cleaner (so sorry I forgot her name!) we're extremely friendly and helpful, even gave me access to their mobile hot-spot and helped with local attraction advice. The check-in / bar staff were a little less helpful, including dinner service -...
