Pros: good size rooms and restaurant Easy on site parking Helpful staff Comfortable beds Cons: Don’t think hotel guests should have to pay to use the spa facilities £30pp for 2 hours to sit in a hot tub. Open bathrooms - leave's little to no privacy which doesn’t suit all. Just box off bathroom area.

The hotel was fantastic. A great location with plenty of parking. The room was big and clean and had everything required for a short stay. The staff were friendly and breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold food. The spa was amazing and help you relax after a long day exploring North Wales.

During our stay at the hotel, we appreciated the exceptionally clean rooms and the daily upkeep of cleanliness. The staff were highly professional and attentive to guests, providing valuable information about local tourist attractions. Although I did not utilize the spa services, I found the indoor play area for children to be remarkable, and the breakfast offered was quite satisfactory. Overall, the experience was very positive.

Absolutely faultless, I stayed for 2 nights and wish it was for longer. The King size bedroom was lovely and comfortable. A lovely touch of a fridge which was perfect for keeping things chilled whilst there for a few days. I even jumped at a discounted spa session offered on check in. Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic. The chef was very personable and offered to order items which I think was a great touch. All staff friendly and inviting. I will most definitely stay here again if it’s at the same price.

This place was amazing, we had such a great stay while we visited North Wales for a hiking trip. Food was really nice and a great choice of food. Staff can't do enough for you and are very attentive for all your needs. To finish it off we used the Spa to have a lazy day before travelling home, this was really good as well, my wife had a treatment and said it was the best she has ever had. If there was one thing I could fault, this was the beds were too hard for our liking, but know this is just personal preference and didn't spoil our trip. When back in the area, this will be the place we will be booking to stay, maybe will take a memory foam mattress topper with us to sleep better lol.

The staff are excellent here and we really enjoyed our stay. Our only bug bear was that we didn't understand that use if the spa comes at an extra cost. It was hugely disappointing as we hadn't booked to go into the spa and we're advised we were very lucky to get in. I'm not sure spending another £50.00 on top of the room was "lucky" for a fairly basic spa.The booking company needs to make sure people know the spa isn't included.
