“Good location, huge carpark, comfy bed , very quiet rooms, and really good friendly helpful staff. Only downside in the room was the shower which was very weak. Breakfast wasnt great, £14 each for a buffet but the quality wasn't great but it's hard when you're massive catering like that I suppose. Overall a nice comfortable stay and we would use it again.”

“The bathroom was small and dirty with mould growing up the pipes behind the wc. The w.c. was filthy in the bowl. The stairs leading to the room - the Stour Room - were dusty with bitts all over The property looks lovely outside but i would not recommend it to anyone and i think you should visit this inn urgently. ”

“It was very shabby and it smelt bad. It is conveniently situated for the centre of Clacton but it was very noisy and so I didn't sleep well. There was very little space in the bathroom. They don't do breakfasts so I had to schlep round town in the heat trying to find somewhere. On a positive note the gentleman was very friendly and welcoming when I checked in.”

“The hotel is extremely well situated right on the front and close to the pier. It is currently undergoing some much-needed maintenance, leading to some unwelcome building noise and obstructions. There were a number of issues with our room, including a shower which would not drain properly, and dodgy wifi, leading also to problems with the TV. They did try to sort these out, but ultimately unsuccessfully. Service at breakfast was very poor. The self-service cereal etc table consisted of a single...

“昨年コルチェスターに来た時に立地が良いのと伝統あるホテルらしいので、その時から今年はこちらにお世話になろうと決めていました。 古い建物なのでエレベーターやエアコンがないのは不便でしたが、朝食や朝食の場所の素晴らしさに感動しました。来年は来れるかわかりませんが機会があればまた利用したいと思います。チェックイン、チェックアウト時に重いカバンを運んでくださって感謝しています。ありがとうございました。”

“Nice touch the fridge and microwave the bathroom and room looked clean But the walls are to thin Close to the road the traffic is all u hear . The people above every move they make you can hear, doors closing and feet stomping . ”
