“The bathroom was small and dirty with mould growing up the pipes behind the wc. The w.c. was filthy in the bowl. The stairs leading to the room - the Stour Room - were dusty with bitts all over The property looks lovely outside but i would not recommend it to anyone and i think you should visit this inn urgently. ”

“Another nice stay at the Kingscliff Hotel. Easy check in - with a very helpful Italian lady - friendly and efficient. Parking at the rear of the hotel (included if you are a guest). Enjoyed an evening meal in the restaurant. Good selection of food. Hotel room very nice with a good shower. The only negative for me was I arrived back at the hotel after a night out in Frinton at 10:15 and went to the bar for a gin and tonic as a night cap. “Spa and pool were excellent used both . No air conditioning in our Deluxe room and the Dyson fan just didn’t help much at all . Shame really . Breakfast was good one day and not quite so good the next day ( different chefs they said ) . All staff at the 3 properties were really helpful especially the chauffeuse .”
