“Completely disappointed about this place. The rate we paid establish a charge of 60 pounds for cleaning concept. Well, clearly they are not using this money for such porpuse. I can not believe the state of that duvet, dust on the appliances and the exhaust vents, stained carpets and crumbs on the counter. Lucky the bathroom was acceptable and we did not use the kitchen or the fridge at all.”

“We had a really lovely stay. The apartment is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of both York city centre and the train station. Despite being so close to the station, it was surprisingly quiet and we couldn't hear the trains at all.
