We found the Atrium to be a nice stay. It is an older hotel, but there have been obvious updates made, and looks as though more are coming as far as carpets and paint etc. It smelled really nice, never saw anything other than cleanliness. There were spots here and there where paint could be touched up or something minor like that, but overall there was nothing to make is feel as though it was run down or too old. The staff we encountered was always courteous and helpful. Breakfast was really good, and the coffee was strong and tasty. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. One sink struggled with draining but it was just a bit slow. The pool area was lovely but the kids found it way too cold to swim in so that was disappointing. We all agreed we would stay here again.

The staff was so kind and accommodating from the moment we checked in. I appreciate that even though they are super busy and have a lengthy check in line, staff took the time to explain the layout of the hotel & make sure we were all set. The hotel is beautiful, lively, and always impressively clean. Worth every penny plus some!

From the moment I checked in, the staff were extra pleasant, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth visit. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. It’s always a relief to check into a hotel that takes such great care of its spaces. I truly appreciated the top-notch hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
