“The staff and my room were very nice . I came home to recive a fine for £100 . For parking in the car park . I was parked for a total of 1hour and 20 minutes. I hadn’t realised it was a pay and park. I think the staff at check in could remind people of this. I’ve stayed in many hotels with free parking . ”
