“No hubo cambio de sábanas ni toallas. Se entiende que es un apartotel pero que no cambien las sábanas en una estancia de 12 noches!!! Zona insegura: en dos ocasiones me detuvo la policía me pidieron que me identificara y revisaron mis pertenencias. Pregunté la razón y me indicaron que era una zona de alto tránsito de drogas. HOTELES .COM debería hacer su tarea de lo contrario se convierte en una app poco confiable.”

“Great location and decent room, although small but you get what you paid for! Only issue I had was a movement sensor light in the kitchenette that seemed to turn on at any movement, situated right near the bed. As someone who tosses a lot when they sleep, it was a bit annoying to have it turn on several times lol But still enjoyed my stay and will stay at Bob W again soon!”

“The location of the property was the only thing that appeared to be valid. The room itself did not match any of the pictures. The view was definitely not of anything you could see outside. There was a courtyard as part of the basement you are staying in a basement flat when you rent this apartment. The baseboards are unfinished even the countertop is unfinished. The floors are so dirty. It caused the white towels to become black and dirty. We were able to see where they kept the 'clean' towels...

“It was a good location for Lords and Paddington walking. Room was clean enough although we had to complain as no pillowcases on thd bed this was dealt with reasonably efficiently after we called them.Didnt see any staff . Kitchen was okay had all we needed however we didn't think quality was of a very good standard. We couldn't sleep as room was too light and we didn't use the masks provided as they made sleep even less likely. Very low water pressure in the shower . It didn't suit us so...

“The room was extremely small and the sofa bed had stains on it. Otherwise the room was very clean. The location was fantastic, but super noisy. We could hear other guests above us, next door and the traffic from the street. Kitchen was great, but very little room for 4 people.”
