On a trip to London with our adult daughter, the "apartment- style" hotel worked well - full kitchen - including washer/dryer- was very convenient, nice elevator and the 24-hour staff was kind, helpful, and so pleasant. They made it welcoming to come "home" after busy days. Earl's Court station was very close and several very good restaurants and two groceries right nearby.

Very spacious apartment with excellent amenities. We were within walking distance to everything we needed or just jumped onto the tube 2 mins from the front door. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.

Very Comfortable

We stayed in a Presidential Suite which was very spacious and comfortable. Some of the appliances were a bit dated and you have to step into the bath to take a shower but overall the accommodation was great. The hotel is close to Earls Court station which was also a bonus. The staff were all very attentive, the room always well prepared, making for a wonderful stay.

가격 변경이 실시간으로 바껴서 예약 후 검색하면 속상할 일이 생깁니다. 사정을 얘기해봤지만 고객 편의를 위하는 모습을 기대하기 어렵습니다. 기대보다 객실 청결도나 객실청소는 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 주요 관광랑은 조금 떨어져있어 아쉬웠습니다. The price changes in real time, so if you search after making a reservation, you will be disappointed. I explained the situation, but it is difficult to expect a customer-friendly appearance. The cleanliness and cleaning of the rooms were more satisfactory than expected. However, it was a bit far from the main tourist attractions, which was disappointing.

Good stay

The good: Close to Earl's Court tube station, shops & restaurants, safe, pleasant neighborhood, not noisy, comfortable bed & pull out couch, kitchenette with washer/dryer and bonus drying rack. The not so good: Curtains, table & chairs, and baseboards worn/frayed. Still happy with the stay overall for the price and location.

The Presidential Apartments- Kensington was the best stay I have ever had in London. The location is right off Earl's Court station. There are restaurants, pubs and markets in the neighborhood. Now to the room...oh my goodness! You could not ask for more in a room! There was a TV, dishwasher, wash machine, stove, microwave, oven, sink, half fridge, dvd player. I have never seen so many amenities in a room in my life. Not to mention the patio and comfy bed. It was all good here and we will be back!

When we arrived we were given a basement room with a wall right outside the windows . However we asked if we could change and the gentleman was very helpful and got us a higher room the next morning which was much better and made our stay far more enjoyable
