The property is a bit dated, yes, but the rooms are very clean. The location is excellent, especially if you’re in town to check out some shows on the West End. My only complaint here is the sound the ac system makes. There was a persistent grinding/whirring noise which was hard to ignore when I was trying to fall asleep. Otherwise, it was great!

Staff 10/10, location 10/10, cleanliness 10/10. Comfortable beds 0/10. I've stayed here before and loved it but this time the bed was beyond firm, it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete with smaller slabs for pillows. I asked the front desk if they had changed beds but I couldn't get a direct answer. Heading back to London again next year, I'll be looking for a different hotel.

Location great, walkable to a number of things including transport. We had a bit of trouble with our room, we had asked for a certain layout, but it was not ready for us. Lauren on front desk did get this sorted for us asap. The rooms are a good size, and the bathroom good for a longer stay we will probably go back next time in London

Fist of all, location is a must! Second, we appreciated the small kitchen option that was great to save some money on the breakfast. The property is very clean and employees are very polite and helpful. Only downside is the bathroom that is dated and the manual shower was broken, so tough time to take a shower. Other than that, perfect place to stay in the action!
