Everything was perfect, the room , location, the staff. My only comment would be on thr parking.. i wish there is like a drop of location where I could just drop thr luggage and check in before getting into the parking. When I phoned the lady she said we can't give you access to the parking before check in and paying. This was inconvenient as no other parking was available around the building. This took us another half an hour with dragging the kids and luggage all this distance. Otherwise we haven't faced any issues, on the contrary we extended one more night

Great location, reception team were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the L'Occitane toiletries. Apartment was clean and sofa bed made up. Although on booking I knew there was no air conditioning, the apartment was very warm. Not much air flow when, around 30degrees. Would stay again but not in summer. Amazing view of Shard from apartment!

Lovely view, extremely spacious. Great kitchen. We found adjusting the temperature in the shower a bit tricky - maybe it's a Euro thing. Great neighbourhood near Borough market. If you want to see the major tourist destinations, it's a bit more work with the busses and tube.

No AC in the unit. Needed to sleep with windows open but no screens so bugs flew in. Also mattresses are not comfortable neither the master bedroom and especially not the sofa bed. Other than that the property was big, and had most of the amenities you would need for a short or even extended stay in London.
