“Helen and Paul must be two of the nicest and kindest hosts we've met. After a 6 hour drive, to arrive to a cream tea laid out in the apartment was truly a lovely touch. One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, they'd literally thought of everything you could need. You name it, it was there, potato peeler, sieve, cling film, foil the works. “Compact but complete, everything you need for a lovely little break for either a couple or single occupancy. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. Short walk (1/2 mile-ish) down to town but quite steep hill. Apartment is well equipped with utensils and pots, pans etc. Bed is comfortable. I would definitely book again if heading that way.”
