Great location and very helpful staff

Very nice historic hotel with nice bedrooms and an amazing view from the restaurant. Breakfast is quite expensive (not included in room rate) if you're not really hungry / don't want much from the buffet but food was good. Hotel staff very helpful. Restaurant staff less attentive in the evening - had to chase a number of times and food was a bit cold because they just left it waiting on a tray near our table - but breakfast service is much better. In the evening I would recommend just having a drink to appreciate the view of the square rather than eating there.

Staff was not helpful in use of amenities such as transit to near by station for an event. Told via email before arrival that need to reserve before, make request, 2 days pass send another email told I need to ask at check in. Ask at check in, please ask tomorrow. Ask tomorrow, please ask at 4pm. 4pm, not available until day or event. Stop wasting my time. There is no Fiesta Club facility even if you pay Fiesta Club prices. Although if you’re on the frequent traveler floor, food and beverages are set out near the elevators. Why not on Club floors? Breakfast buffet good. Individual dishes bad
