¡Una estancia maravillosa! Me encantó mi estancia en este hotel. La ubicación es excelente, ya que está muy cerca del Zócalo, lo que hace muy fácil disfrutar y conocer el centro de la ciudad. Adrián, el recepcionista, fue muy amable, cordial y siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudarnos. Llegamos temprano y, aunque nuestra habitación todavía no estaba lista, pudimos disfrutar de la sala de espera, donde tenían algunos aperitivos, café, refrescos y agua. Fue un detalle muy agradable que hizo nuestra espera mucho más cómoda. Además, el hotel cuenta con un restaurante en el rooftop con una vista espectacular. Sin duda, fue uno de los detalles que más disfrutamos durante nuestra estancia; la vista es preciosa y hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo ampliamente. ¡Excelente ubicación, y una vista increíble

Loved the property, location and staff. They were wonderful. Cleaning was great. Free waters bottles and very helpful staff. They helped us arrange transportation for a concert we were attending. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel ese cute felt like I was staying in England! However, there was an odd scent in the hallways by the rooms. Almost like an antique/ old church smell. The staff was all very friendly and super helpful. The beds were a little stiff but overall a good stay and was in a good location.

Excellent hotel. Beverage and food was good. And the breakfast buffet was one of the best.
