I only stayed for two days, but the experience was disappointing. I arrived at 2:30 PM, just 30 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in time, and had to wait standing because the reception area had no chairs. The room was never cleaned or organized during my stay. Used towels were not exchanged, but after informing the front desk, I was simply given new towels and had to carry them myself to the third floor. The Wi‑Fi was very slow, frequently disconnected, and unreliable. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

Very busy. There is a line for everything. Our room had mold around the tub.

Staff was great and the hotel was very clean. Valet parking was easy and fast. Would stay there again.

Great staff and spacious room. Bathroom tiles are loose but overall a good stay.

The staff was excellent. The rooms were small but comfortable. I'll be back for sure!
