This hotel is top tier. The service we received was second to none. Beyond the amazing views, good food, cleanliness, and amazing facilities, we were so impressed at how every staff member was phenomenal in their roles, from front desk, to servers, bar tenders, room service, housekeepers, shuttle bus driver and valet, I really couldn’t rate any one team above the others. Edgewood is like an oasis of peace and relaxation in the middle of hustle and bustle of South Lake Tahoe. It is all there - hotel, beach on the lake, pool, jacuzzi, golf course…You don’t have to drive anywhere, stress over parking at the beach, all you have to do is relax, enjoy - and have another snack or cocktail delivered to you!

What an incredible resort! The location is perfect, right on the lake feels like in the most remote area yet minutes from everything. The shuttle can take you anywhere within the area. The resort and grounds itself is spectacular. I’ve never experienced such a 5 star caliber resort that caters to families/children. So many activities and things to do on the grounds. The rooms are very spacious! The beds and pillows are a bit hard but that would be the only thing. 10/10 would absolutely come back and stay longer!

Excellent hotel to stay in with high standards. Great views of the lake. Shuttle service is a great plus. However, room's food & beverage amenities can be improved.

Absolutely beautiful property. Nice rooms too. Only downside was the service was not up to standard for the price, as well as the additional charges on top of the room cost like hotel fees and parking. Otherwise very beautiful place but for that price not sure if it was fully up to standards.

Rude and busy bartenders. Restaurants are always busy and unable to get booking. After all the wait, food is sub par. No apologies and no concern. These guys need to visit Asia or other countries to understand hospitality. Not a dig. Just genuine heartfelt comments. Very dissapointed.
