“Good staff”

“Las instalaciones, la playa,la animación, el personal y la comida/bebido todo de gran nivel. Un gran lugar para descansar y pasar vacaciones relajantes. Calidad y variedad de alimentos y bebidas de primer nivel, de lo mejor que experiencié a nivel All inclusive. Totalmente recomendable”

“Wir waren bei Ankunft und vor Abflug in Antalya je eine Nacht im Dumer Hotel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden in unserer King Suite, die für 3 Personen groß genug war. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern. Klima hat hervorragend funktioniert. Gegend war mit ähnlichen Häusern bebaut und sicher. Erreichbarkeit vom Flughafen war sehr gut, in 20 Minuten waren wir da. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und empfehlen.”

“We booked a luxury sea view room. Please don't bother booking luxury, we never got it. We were put into an economy room on arrival. After complaining, they did move us to a nicer sea view room, which we accepted. But it still was not the luxury room that we booked and paid more for. So my advice is to book sea view, and don't bother paying for luxury. That said, I liked this hotel. The pool was fantastic. The beach was great. “Yeme içme hizmetleri çok güzeldi, çeşit çok fazla.... Genel anlamda iyiydi, biz gittiğimizde Rus misafir çok fazla olduğu için eğlence de haklı olarak onların müzik anlayışına göre çoğunluktaydı, ama bir tek eğlence alanında daha farklı şeyler yapılabilir diye düşünüyorum.”

“Clean room ”

“We stayed 3 days and no one cleaned our rooms or changed towels. We were using wet towels for three days. One day only some one took our trash and took our card from the room. Soap was out and we told the receptionist once but no one refilled the soap dispensers. Looks like they were very understaffed but everyone seems nice and smiling.”

“The staff was amazing and ready to assist. check-in/out was questionable front desk does not engage with customers. food was good, not a lot of options but has quality. rooms were renovated and spacious. based on what we paid i would say 8.2/10.”
