The whole concord resort was an amazing experience, the staff is happy and always ready to help, everyone have a friendly attitude and positive energy making you feel so welcome! This is easily one of the best all-inclusive resorts I’ve ever stayed at! It’s extremely family-friendly, features an amazing swimming pool, and serves a spectacular dinner buffet with a new cultural theme every night. Everyone is so friendly. We loved it so much and visited twice in 3 months. The man who works in the BBQ restaurant during the day is a literal gem. He always took care of us. The staff in the hotel were always ready to assist us. I absolutely love coming here. The pools are so relaxing, the vibes are really nice.

Fantastic stay for 2 adults and 4 children at Concorde De Lux, nothing was too much and special mention to KADiR who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Pool and towels were always available and the beach is lovely. A huge variety of food and drink with premium brands on offer.

Everything was excellent! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms and facilities felt modern and well maintained. One suggestion for improvement would be the children's pool area. It could be enhanced by adding more water play features and a few small water slides to make it even more enjoyable for families with kids. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
