Really great and helpful staff. Property is clean and great amenities. The only problem we had was mosquitos. All the indoor restaurants were fine but If you’re gonna eat in any outdoor seating, be advised to spray mosquito repellent. My kids had horrible experience from severe bites.

I was a little dissapointed at the standard this hotel set for a 5 star hotel. We stayed in a family room and they were very tight in space compared to 3 others I have stayed at in Antalya. In addition, while the buffet had plenty of choice, it was the same same protein and carbs for each breakfast lunch and dinner. There is only so much chicken doner on rice, grilled fish, or nuggets and French fries I can have. The nightly entertainment was great and there was a variety of things to do, including live music until 11:30pm and you could hear it from every room in the hotel. Lastly, be aware that if you happen to lose a room key, it will cost you €10. I was so surprised. I will no be staying here again as I hope for a more memorable stay at a place that says they deliver all inclusive 5 stars experience.

A beautiful and very well maintained resort with a more friendly and welcoming group of staff. At reception, Laura and Emre Consu were so nice providing us with an upgrade to a superior duplex family room. The resort is highly recommended for a fully relaxed family holiday. It’s also possible to visit historical places nearby.

We loved our stay at Swandor Topkapi Palace. This place was beautiful. We visited Topkapi Palace earlier in our trip and recognized the landmarks on the resort. It is very well done. The room was great and better than anything we've experienced at an all inclusive in the Carribean. The. Buffet was excellent. So much variety and the menu changes everyday. There are only two a la carte restaurants in the resort. They are extra if you want to visit them, but how atly, the buffet is so good you won't need to. Highly recommend this resort.

Nice Resort and very family friendly. However if you want to do leave the resort and head out to the local town there is hardly anything around the area to visit. Food was okay but towards the end of my trip it got slightly boring as the resort provide the same food but change the spice and recipes around. Resort facilities and hotel room were very good.

This was a wonderful experience especially because of the animation team. They were friendly and tried their best to turn each activity into a very joyful one. Drinks were especially good. I would certainly visit the hotel once more in the summer.
