We had a wonderful stay at Swandor Topkapi Palace! The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was lovely overall, and we really enjoyed our time there. There are a few things in the rooms and toilets that needs some upgrades or small fixes, but honestly, these were minor compared to the great experience we had. We would 100% come back again and would happily recommend Swandor Topkapi Palace to others. Thank you, Swandor team, for the wonderful hospitality and for giving us such beautiful memories! ❤️

The hotel was fancy, clean, staff were great, and the food was phenomenal. However the hardest part to enjoy was due to the amount of people staying at the resort. The pools were large but still very full. It seems another pool is needed to accommodate all of the rooms. The activities were a bit limited as well. We stayed 3 nights and it felt really long. I also did not really like how the restaurants in the hotel were not part of the all inclusive.

Nice hotel, plenty to do. Food is good but if you have allergies or other requirements, be careful as the labelling can get moved about and serving spoons cross contaminated. Peak times and loads of queues, one day took over 20 mins to find a table at dinner. Lots of bugs so take insect repellent!

Really great and helpful staff. Property is clean and great amenities. The only problem we had was mosquitos. All the indoor restaurants were fine but If you’re gonna eat in any outdoor seating, be advised to spray mosquito repellent. My kids had horrible experience from severe bites.

My luggage was unfortunately left behind during my journey, which was a very stressful experience. However, the team at Swandor Topkapi Palace were extremely helpful, kind and understanding throughout the situation. They supported me and made me feel looked after while I was dealing with the problem. I really appreciated their care and assistance, and it made a difficult situation much easier to manage.
