Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast.
But
1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing
2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door.
3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later.
4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...

“The staff at Best Western The Lagoon Manado were excellent. Sonya / David and their team made sure to give us the utmost attention and care beyond our expectations. They truely deserve a commendation.
However, the hotel pool bar currently isn't operational (it would be nice if it was).
Also, some of the windows on our room were not sound-proofed properly and as a result we were often awoken in the middle of the night by loud noises from the outside. Perhaps the windows could do a revamp.”
