“This charming hotel is pretty much perfect in every way from location to the friendly, welcoming and attentive staff, food, hotel gardens and cleanliness. “I stayed there because I had to visit some customers really close. It seems like this place it's more for weddinds or other celebrations than for staying in. The service was not helpful at all. Breakfast it's included but there was a team of people just chatting and nobody came to explain what could I order. I had to go and ask and they were not kind at all. I won't definitely come back.”

“One night stay, room(plum porter) much bigger than photos , clean comfy and in keeping with the building. Staff very friendly, beer spot on food good. We didn't want breakfast as we were going for lunch, just. Suited us. Lovely little village, church peaceful, sound of the bells chiming, like going back in time. Nothing we didn't like, beautiful hanging baskets, beer terrace, a very popular, dog friendly pub, thanks.”

“Comfortable room, friendly staff. Had pleasant meal one night, and enjoyed cooked breakfast. Spent few hours in pub lounge, great atmosphere. Small point, we were in room 9 which was noisy at night due to extractor fan out side. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and windows that opened enough to provide good airflow. There were a couple of minor issues in the bathroom. The plastic trim around the shower base had a large hole, leaving sharp edges exposed, so you had to be careful not to catch your toes. The light above the mirror also had a bulb out. “Food was well cooked would recommend the Mixed Grill to anyone. Breakfast was first class. Bedroom was more than adequate TV easy to use as was the shower in so many hotels showers are so difficult to work out. The reception staff were really friendly and efficient”
