“The hotel is beautiful and offers many amenities which is good when traveling as a family. There is truly no time to be bored. The downside is that the service is extremely slow, we stayed 2 nights and the meals we ordered took 1+ hour no matter the time of the day. The F&B does not seem to be performing a high-level capacity. Also, on my first day they had run out of towels and no one could seem to figure out what to do about it.”

“Slechtste “hotel” ever. Alleen cashbetalingen zonder bonnetje, geen WiFi, geen warm water, smerige badkamer, geen restaurant beschikbaar, beveiliging gaat nog voor 18:00 uur naar huis en laat de poort wijd open. Staat niet juist op de kaart aangegeven. Gaten in muskietennet. Enige goede punt is een koelkast beneden met koud bier bij gebrek aan maaltijd. Ongelofelijk dat dit hotel nog bestaat. ”

“The property is well maintained and conveniently located just a short walk from the Musanze bus terminal. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The food prepared by the guest house cook was excellent! Our only concern was the lack of hot water in the shower, but that may have been due to the fact that we didn't know to plug in the water heater.”
