Kieselbronn Vacations

I absolutely loved this hotel and wish I was staying longer! The staff was super helpful and kind. The whole property is beautiful. It is directly next to Kurpark and walking distance to Residenzschlosses Mergentheim. Breakfast buffet was delicious and extra props to the kitchen staff that helped me with a vacuum sealed ice pack for my cooler. General things to know if you're American: 1) there doesn't seem to be any air conditioning in all of southern Germany, they privide fans for the room, 2) there also doesn't seem to be any microwaves in any hotel rooms, 3) the mini bar fridges, when available, do not have freezers, 4) I have not seen a single ice machine

My first time to germany, they speak english so well. Staff also were so approachable and helpful.

Very nice family run business. Great breakfast!

The lock on the door is broken and the door closer is broken. I had to push the screws in so that I can close the door. I didn't feel secure in the hotel; also, the elevator was not working as well. I had to go back to the car to leave the luggage and get a few things so I can get over for one night.
