Good location, don’t stay in Summer

Nice location near Porsche Museum and factory, easy walk there. Plenty of free parking on street around hotel. However would not stay here in summer months. There is no AC and the room was boiling hot with only open window to help. In cooler months would stay again if visiting Porsche

There is a smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Also, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I requested a hotel room change, and the staff kindly changed it for me.

Auch ein Kunde für eine Hotelbuchung hat so etwas, wie Mindestanforderungen, die mit der Buchung verbunden sind. Diese Mindestanforderungen wurden NICHT erfüllt. Dazu gehört u.a., dass warmes Wasser aus dem Hahn des Waschbeckens kommt und dass die Dusche warm wird und dass ein Zimmer ein FENSTER hat. Ein Bier für 6,00 EUR zu verkaufen halte ich für eine Frechheit. Die Kontaktpersonen signalisieren sehr deutlich, dass sie keine Lust auf eine aktive Interaktion mit dem Kunden haben - worst case - niemals wieder.

Katastrophaler Aufenthalt

Katastrophe unser Aufenthalt. Wir haben eigentlich für zwei Nachte gebucht sind aber am Anreisetag wieder abgereist. Unser Zimmer war im Badezimmer so wie auf den Bettlacken schmutzig (siehe Fotos). Nach dem ich die Rezeption darüber informiert hatte und sie gebeten haben das Zimmer nochmals zu Reinigen, wurde es nicht gemacht. Als ich dann noch bemerkte das der Fernseher nicht funktiert mussten wir in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln. Wir haben dann noch zwei weitere Zimmer angeschaut die ebenfalls nicht in frage gekommen sind da sie ebenfalls schmutzig waren. Der Rezeptionist war zu allem hin noch extrem unfreundlich und sage allen ernstes; ich bin nicht für das Houskeeping und die Reinigung zuständig. Wir waren einfach nur noch geschockt, ich bat dann um Rückerstattung. Es wurde mkr versprochen, dass sich die Managerin am nächsten Tag bei mir Telefonisch oder per Mail meldet. Ich habe bis heute nichts von Ihr gehört.
