This was my 3rd stay and I will always return there on my trips to Ludwigsburg to visit family. Staff, rooms, amenities and restaurant are all top notch. Easy walk to trains, shops and the Schloss.

There was a minor problem with my reservation that the staff was able to solve instantly.I am not a German speaker and yet their english was excellent.I have had a great stay here and would recommend this to hotel to anyone traveling to this location

We have stayed at Nestor several times and it is always excellent. Facilities are good, staff always friendly and helpful, and location to town is very convenient. We will continue to use Nestor as our base when in Ludwigsburg.

This was my second stay at the Ludwigsburg Nestor. I stay here when I come to Germany to visit family. The Nestor always delivers high quality at affordable prices. Comfortable rooms. Attentive staff. Incredible food. If you’re planning to see the palace and gardens this is the best location. You can easily walk there via the path behind the hotel. It’s a beautiful walk with many photo opportunities.

Very unique building. Area is nice and really in a great spot. AC didn’t seem to work but it is cool outside so not an issue. There was a red stain on one of the duvet covers. Tried calling reception about it but no answer. Didn’t bother me much. Breakfast was really nice but a little pricey.

Parking not free as was advertised plus no a/c

Was charged 14 euro for parking. Hotel page on hotels.com said free parking for gold members, which is why I booked the hotel. Also air conditioning did not work. It just blew warm air it did not have any cooling function even though I turned the control to its coldest setting. The fridge was like an oven inside, it also did not work. Could be a perfect hotel but was ruined by these three failures.

Praktisch gelegene Unterkunft, die sowohl zum Schlosspark aber auch vom Bahnhof gut fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Sehr gute Lösung für ein oder zwei Übernachtungen um zum Beispiel eine Veranstaltung im Schlosspark zu besuchen und eine gute Unterkunft zu haben. Unterbringung in gepflegten, sauberen und weitestgehend dem Stand der Technik entsprechenden Zimmern. Frühstückbuffet gut mit schöner Auswahl, Omelett das frisch zubereitet wird und der Möglichkeit im Wintergarten zu frühstücken. Freundliches Personal. Gerne komme ich wieder zum Übernachten, wenn es einen Anlasse in der Nähe gibt.
