Clean room, nice spa, very nice staff! I was especially thankful for the General Manager who was so kind to us. We tried to pay for parking on the way out and she was taking care of the front desk while her employee was somewhere else. She could not ring us up and just gave us a ticket to get out. She didn’t make us wait and was very kind.

This was our stop on the way from London to Austria. Very good location (close to motorway) and a huge car park. Hotel and rooms could do with fresh decor but everything was clean. Our room was very spacious with big and comfy bed. Bathroom was well equipped. Big selection of food (hot & cold) to choose from. Overall pleasant stay.....

Positive experiences at Radisson Blue. Receptionist Claudio was friendly at check-in, and we got a nice room. Receptionist Simon was very service-minded and, together with his colleague from Estonia, should be praised for being helpful in investigating various questions we had about parking, the area and a trip to Strasbourg. Negative experiences: After the first night, we found a small animal in the bed, and we were upset about that. Cleaning the edges behind the bed rail by the light panel was not done properly. We complained about it to Simon, who sent extra cleaning and offered free parking. At the entrance to the hotel, ashtrays are set up, so smoking hotel guests stand on both sides when you pass by. My husband has asthma, and we are both non-smokers, and therefore it is very unpleasant to have to go through cigarette smoke when you enter the hotel. We would suggest that you move the smoking area to another place than at the entrance to the hotel. Attached pictures for information. Kind regards from two hotel guests

I booked a standard room, but upon check-in, the receptionist informed me that these rooms are only located on the first floor—something that wasn't mentioned in the hotel description. They offered an upgrade to a higher floor for an additional €20 per day, which adds up to a significant amount for longer stays. On the bright side, the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, and iron. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel also has a gym and a sauna. However, the air conditioning was very noisy and barely cooled the room. Another major downside is that the hotel is surrounded by highways, making it extremely noisy, even at night if you keep the windows open. That being said, the staff were very accommodating and always ready to help.
