“The entrance was cluttered and unkept. It looked like a messy daycare and personal backyard not a reputable business. I didn’t know where to walk? We had to wait for the owner to come from somewhere to let us into the office.
The outdoor siding was filthy with insects and their dung. Nothing outside was swept.
The room was not thoroughly cleaned. There was dust on the headboards and lights. The back of the bathroom door was very dirty.”

“The room was renovated but didn't seem quite finished. There was an uneven hole in the bathroom floor - there was a plastic thing an inch below the rest of the floor level. The bed was comfy (not saggy). AC worked well. The charging outlet in the light was about 5 feet off the ground with no bedside table so your phone would have to dangle. Just odd stuff like that.”
