Did not realize there was no elevator or pool or hot tub. Could not use the dining area to sit and play cards at the table or games because it was used for laundry during the evening. Coffee was empty the one morning and then was lukewarm the next morning. Coffee was empty again, but when refilled was cold. Mat at the front door was a tripping hazard. No wheelchair button to hold door open.

Enjoyed the stay. First room smelt of smoke and they were amazing to accommodate with another room. Over hang of ice made me a tab nervous of the far end but thankfully 2 ways to get in and out.
