“The staff at this hotel are super kind and helpful. The English speakers are few so if you do not speak Japanese just have your translate app handy to help them and yourself. We were a little sad the pool was closed and not maintained but the room was very authentic and really fun to stay in. It was the traditional experience we were looking for and the private onsen in room was wonderful to relax in. This is a very small town so if you do not want to hunt for dinner, I would recommend booking...

“平日で宿泊客も少ない様子で、露天風呂付の部屋にアップグレードしてもらい、予定外に広々とした室内で過ごさせてもらいました。また、食事やスタッフの対応など各種サービスには大変満足しました。 一方で、設備はだいぶ古くなっており、ホームページ等でのイメージとはだいぶ異なっております。”

“大浴場のない個室の貸切風呂が6箇所もあるのは珍しいなと思いました。予約なしで空いていれば入れる形で3連休だったため混み合わないか不安でしたが特に待ち等は発生しませんでした。露天はアメニティやドライヤーが充実してないため、内風呂の方が使いやすい印象でした。また、冷房があまり効いていないかつ夏だったので風呂上がりは汗だくになってしまいました。その点は少し気になりました。施設は全体的に古めです。食事はどれもとても美味しかったです。特に金目鯛の煮付け。”
